The Site provides general information about towing, roadside assistance, vehicle recovery, transportation, and related services offered by Duran Truck.
The information on the Site is provided for general informational and contact purposes. It does not create a binding service agreement by itself.

Visitors may contact Duran Truck by telephone, WhatsApp, email, or through available Site features to request information or assistance.
Submitting an inquiry does not guarantee:

• service availability;
• acceptance of a service request;
• a specific arrival or response time;
• a particular price;
• coverage in a particular location;
• a particular service result.

Availability, service area, vehicle requirements, destination, pricing, estimated response time, payment arrangements, and other service details must be confirmed directly with Duran Truck when the request is accepted.
3. Service Estimates and Information
Any estimate, arrival time, price, or service information communicated before service is based on the information available at that time.
Details may change if the vehicle’s condition, location, distance, access, equipment requirements, road conditions, traffic, weather, safety concerns, or other relevant circumstances differ from the information originally provided.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate information about the vehicle, location, condition, requested destination, and circumstances affecting the service.
4. Payments
The Site does not currently process online payments.
Payment amount, accepted payment method, and payment timing are communicated directly when arranging a service.
A visitor should not send payment information through an ordinary Site form, WhatsApp message, or email unless specifically instructed through an appropriate payment process.
5. Safety and Emergencies
Duran Truck provides towing and roadside-assistance services but is not a police, fire, ambulance, or emergency medical service.
If an accident or roadside situation presents an immediate danger, injury, fire, hazardous condition, or other emergency, contact 911 or the appropriate public emergency service first.
Visitors and customers should remain in a safe location and follow instructions from law enforcement, emergency personnel, and towing professionals.
6. Acceptable Use
You may use the Site only for lawful purposes.
You may not:

Nothing on the Site replaces the service details confirmed directly with Duran Truck.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Any dispute relating specifically to use of the Site will be handled in an appropriate court with jurisdiction in Florida, subject to applicable law.
